Spring Offerings I

A first in a small series inspired by Spring, featuring a butterfly resting on a flower. These delicate illustrations are hand drawn using colored pencil on drafting film - a translucent synthetic medium which imbues a dreamy quality to the art; yet is still archival. Resting behind the drafting film is a creamy off white background with hints of grey. Original framed piece is signed by the artist and includes a certificate of authenticity, as well as UV resistant plexiglass (Acrylite OP-3) to protect the art over a lifetime. Original is an 8x8” piece in a hand-crafted, black stained wood frame.
